Privacy policy
Who we are
PG Automations (Patrick Goodyer, Sydney NSW) builds Op3ro, the operating system for trade businesses. This policy covers our websites, forms, booking calendar, SMS and phone lines. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
Form details: your name, mobile, email, business name, trade, region, revenue band, team size and anything else you type into our forms.
Booking details: the time you book, your contact details and any notes you leave.
Call recordings and transcripts if you call or text our AI line or demo number.
Site usage: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags), device and browser type, and IP address.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, run the call or workshop you booked, send reminders, work out whether we can help, and improve our ads and website. We don't sell your information.
Advertising and tracking
We use the Meta pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads with enhanced conversions, to measure which ads lead to enquiries and bookings.
When you submit a form, your email and phone number may be shared with Meta and Google to match the enquiry to an ad. They are hashed (scrambled one-way) before sending.
These services set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and adjust ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.
SMS and email
When you submit a form or book a call, we may contact you by phone, SMS and email about it. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored in our cloud database in Australia or with providers that protect it to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles. Some providers (for example Meta, Google, our email and SMS services) may process it overseas, including in the United States.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, email us first. If it isn't resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
